At constant temperature, pressure and volume are inversely proportional (P₁V₁ = P₂V₂), so P₂ = (P₁V₁) ÷ V₂ = (100 × 2) ÷ 1 = 200 kPa. Halving the volume doubles the pressure, not the other way round.
