The short, honest version

Privacy & cookies

We keep this simple. We collect as little as possible and we do not sell your data.

What we store

• An anonymous ID in your browser so we can remember your practice attempts and any exam you have unlocked. No name or email is needed to use the site.
• If you buy something, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• If you request an exam or a licence, we keep the email you give us so we can reply.

Pupil writing (school trials and written answers)

• What: the answer a pupil types or a teacher uploads, the name the pupil typed when joining, the mark and the feedback. No email, date of birth or login is collected from pupils.
• Where it is stored: on our own server in the EU (Hetzner, Finland). It is not stored on any third-party SaaS.
• Who processes it: each answer is sent to Anthropic's Claude model to be marked, then the feedback comes back to our server. Anthropic processes it in the United States under its own data processing terms. We do not use pupil writing for any other purpose.
• Who can see it: the pupil on their own device, their teacher through the school's private teacher page, and us for support.
• How long: for the length of the school's trial or subscription so pupils and teachers can look back at it. A school can ask for all of its pupils' writing to be deleted at any time and we do it within 7 days.
• Questions or deletion requests: george@revisionrobin.co.uk.
