These terms apply to individual customers using the site for their own study. If you are buying a licence for a school, college, employer or other organisation, that is arranged separately and is governed by the agreement we provide for it, not by these consumer terms.
If you are under 18, please read these terms with a parent or guardian, and a parent or guardian must agree to them and make any purchase on your behalf.
Revision Robin provides original practice questions, mock tests and revision material (notes, key facts and flashcards) to help you prepare for exams and assessments. Our content is written by us, is syllabus-aligned, and is fact-checked against publicly available sources.
Our material is not official exam questions, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any awarding body, examination board, government agency, regulator or test provider. Exam names and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the exam our material helps you prepare for.
Our material is a study aid. Practising with us does not guarantee that you will pass any exam or assessment.
We take reasonable care to keep our material accurate and current, and we fact-check it. However, syllabuses and rules change and, like any study resource, our content can occasionally contain errors or become out of date. It is a supplement to, not a replacement for, official sources. Before relying on anything you learn here, always confirm the current requirements with the official awarding body or test provider. If you spot something that looks wrong, please tell us at support@revisionrobin.com and we'll review it.
Keep your login details secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account, and for giving us accurate information. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account.
We may add, improve, update or occasionally withdraw exams and features. If we withdraw an exam you have already paid for, we will give you reasonable notice and a fair refund for the access you lose. We provide the service on a reasonable-efforts basis and do not guarantee it will always be available or uninterrupted.
What you buy is digital content supplied immediately. By completing your purchase you expressly ask us to begin supplying it straight away, and you acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once access has been given. That is why we ask you to confirm this at checkout.
This does not affect your rights if something is wrong. If our content is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you have statutory remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which may include a repair, replacement or refund. Just contact us at support@revisionrobin.com and we'll put it right.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that digital content be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Where anything in these terms conflicts with those rights, your statutory rights apply.
Please use the service fairly. Do not misuse it, try to access it in unauthorised ways, use automated tools to extract or copy content, share or resell your access, or do anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms (see section 13).
All content on Revision Robin — questions, explanations, notes, flashcards, branding and design — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may use it for your own personal study only. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, share, sell, sub-licence, scrape, or use it to train or build other products or systems, without our written permission.
If we fail to meet these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking the contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. In particular, and because passing an exam depends on many things outside our control, we are not responsible for your exam results or for decisions or actions you take in reliance on our material.
We supply our material for personal study only. We will not be liable for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
Subject to the paragraph below, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you have paid us for the material the claim relates to.
If you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, we may suspend or close your account. If we do this because of something you've done wrong, you will not be entitled to a refund. If we close the service entirely, we will treat you fairly, including a fair refund for any paid access you lose.
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example, outages of hosting, payment or internet providers). If such an event happens, we'll take reasonable steps to minimise its effect.
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England & Wales. If you live elsewhere, this does not take away any mandatory consumer protections you have in your country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here applies to your use of the service, and we'll show the "last updated" date at the top. For significant changes affecting existing access, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know.
