Assessed against AO1, AO2, AO3 using Revision Robin's own level descriptors below. These are not the exam board's mark scheme. Every quotation in the feedback is checked against your answer before you see it, and a teacher's mark overrides ours.

Level 3 · 7 to 9Demonstrates detailed and comprehensive knowledge and understanding of a range of strategies to respond to climate change. Arguments are logical, coherent, and sustained, showing excellent evaluative skills (AO3) regarding the effectiveness of these strategies. Excellent use of accurate and relevant place-specific detail/case studies, effectively integrated to support the evaluation (AO1/AO2).
Level 2 · 4 to 6Demonstrates clear geographical knowledge and understanding of some strategies to respond to climate change. Arguments are generally clear, but may lack some depth or sustained coherence in evaluating effectiveness. Good use of relevant place-specific detail/case studies, with some links to the question (AO1/AO2). Some evaluative comments may be present (AO3).
Level 1 · 1 to 3Demonstrates basic and limited geographical knowledge and understanding of climate change response strategies. Arguments are simple or undeveloped. Limited or no use of appropriate place-specific detail/case studies, or examples are generic (AO1). Weak or absent evaluative skills (AO3).
