Not a blank grid to fill in yourself. Pick your exam and we build the plan from its real topic list, space the revisits out properly, and put mock exams where they still give you time to act on the result.
Every topic comes round more than once, with days in between. The same three sessions spread over three weeks are worth considerably more than three sessions in one evening, even though the cramming version feels more productive at the time.
Sessions are built around answering questions rather than reading notes. Making yourself recall something is what moves it into memory. Re-reading mostly produces a feeling of familiarity, which is easy to mistake for knowing it.
A full mock is scheduled around two-thirds of the way through and again in the final week. The first one is there to expose what is broken while there is still time to fix it. The last is for timing and nerves.
Anything you flag as a worry gets extra sessions, and one of them lands close to the exam, since the thing you are shakiest on is the thing most worth having fresh.
